Before you place your first order

Do you export outside India?
Yes. We ship wholesale orders worldwide, and the freight to your country is quoted with each order on WhatsApp. Buyers in Malaysia have their own terms on our Malaysia page.
Is Indian GST added to export orders?
No. Exports from India are zero-rated, so orders shipped outside India carry no Indian GST. Goods delivered within India, for example to your agent or forwarder, are billed with GST.
What are the payment terms?
Export orders are paid by bank transfer: 100% in advance for a first order, while returning buyers pay 50% in advance and the balance before dispatch. Orders within India are cash only at present, paid in full before dispatch.
What currency are your prices in?
Our price list and invoices are in Indian rupees (INR). The online catalogue also shows approximate US dollar and Malaysian ringgit figures for guidance, and the final price is confirmed on WhatsApp.
What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Wholesale orders are bulk orders, and the minimum depends on the designs you choose, so ask us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm it for your order. For Malaysia it is one size set per design, and designs can be mixed.
How long does delivery take?
Most ready-stock items are dispatched instantly, and make-to-order pieces take 10–15 days from order confirmation. For export, the shipping time to your country is confirmed with your quote.
Can I order samples first?
Yes, sample orders are available. Contact us on WhatsApp to request samples before placing a bulk order. Buyers in Malaysia pay for the samples and the courier, and the cost is not deducted from a later order.
Do you supply buyers in India too?
Yes. We deliver across India, and every order ships with a proper GST tax invoice so you can claim input credit.
